OUr team will be scheduling with all vendors for load in and load out. This can be discussed by each vendor and our Director of Logistics. A schedule will be posted in August on confirmed times.

Vendor Deliveries/Pickups will be scheduled and by appointment only. Volunteers will be on hand to help offload products. To better facilitate our schedule

Vendors shall be notified of their scheduled appointment and location (front or back of building) prior to the event.
